IndusInd Bank, a Customer Focused, technology-based, ISO 9001:2000 certified new generation private sector Bank with ambitious growth plan is looking for a Senior Level Position for Managing and Leading Forex/Derivative Back Office Operations with key focus on Client, People, Process and Risk.

Work Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day to day operations are managed as per Operational Manual.
  • Ensure procedures, process maps are developed / maintained.
  • Engage with teams/staff formally on regular basis and ensure a co-ordinated, proactive approach in managing people.
  • Build and maintain relations with Stakeholders.
  • Staff appraisals, development and managing a team size of 10 – 15 people.
  • Ensure processes minimize risk and improve controls.
  • Coordinate and support for the on-going Treasury projects.
  • Bring about good market practices in ensuring service delivery excellence.
  • Streamline process through quality initiatives.
  • Actively support the building and rolling out of a continuous improvement culture / framework.

10 to 14 yrs

Salary:

INR 8,00,000 – 13,00,000 P.A

Post Graduate

Technical Knowledge :

Excellent knowledge on the overall functioning of Treasury Operations Working Knowledge of Opics / Calypso Treasury system will be an advantage.

Work Experience :

10+ years experience in Treasury Operations with minimum of 4-5 years in independently managing a team.

IBPS Common Exams for all the Banks

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous body in India, which started its operation in 1975 as Personnel Selection Services (PSS). With its Head Office is Mumbai, IBPS mainly focuses on Bank Recruitment. In 2011, IBPS announced a Common Written Examination (CWE) for the recruitment of officers and clerks in in Indian Public Sector banks. It is now mandatory for anyone who seeks an employment in 29 public sector and regional rural banks to take Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). IBPS periodically accepts exam applications from candidates at their website, https://www.ibps.in. The exams are organized in online mode at various locations in the country. After passing the online test successful candidates have to go through an interview process. It is on the basis of the interview, candidates are placed in regional rural banks and public sector banks.
