Principal Responsibilities

• Sr. Associate should ensure a positive customer experience on consistent basis. He / She needs to understand the banks products and services and should be able to manage customers and teams.
• Candidate has to maintain high standard of customer service & improve service quality and productivity at Branch.
• Follow up with customers on their service experience and suggest new initiatives to be implemented.
• Identify possible cross sell options on the bank floor with 'walk-in' customers and generate leads that can be converted by branch staff.
• Communicating with waiting customers and updating them about Global Premier benefits, promotions and tie-ups available.
• Work closely with PRM and PSM for Data integrity and KYC projects.
