He or she is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles.
The focus of the process is on attracting talented workers to the organisation. As part of the module you will be trained in prepare budgets, sourcing suitable talent for the organization and also the know how on the various methods of recruitment, selection and interview techniques.
As part of the curriculum you would also be introduced to HR analytics and tools of CRM used in HR. You will also be familiarized with legal and statutory requirements of recruitment and handling grievances.
